Hi Sol Sweat Club!
We hope you all had an amazing start to 2020. We're feeling positive, energised and excited for the month ahead. Why? Because we're continuing to see some incredible improvements and positive shifts in our clients toward their wellness goals, and that's the reason we created Sol Therapies - to share a facility that helps people experience their optimal health. It's a rewarding feeling, to see the Sol studio space being loved by our clients as much as we do, and the sense that this is everyone's space.
To continue to evolve the studio space and provide you guys with the best facility we can, every month we'll share a review post - summarising popular programs, results, requests for changes or updates, and open the forum for your feedback. We're doing this monthly review for complete transparency, to constantly review what's working and what's not, fine-tune our service, and to optimise our programs to provide the best possible experience for our clients.

1. 5 DAY D-TOX
This month we extended our 5 DAY D-TOX promo that we ran over the Christmas period due to popular demand. We have already had people who did it over Christmas rebook to do it all over again! Most of our clients on the D-TOX program are doing 1 session a week each week.

1. DEEP PHYSICAL & MENTAL RELAXATION
Most people look like they're floating on clouds as they leave the studio after their session. Like the tension they were carrying coming into the studio was eliminated, rinsed off and left behind. We love seeing peoples expressions after their sessions - you really can't beat that post-sauna feeling.
2. IN-SAUNA PREHAB & REHAB FOR MUSCLE RECOVERY
Our saunas are spacious enough to allow for an integrated stretch sequence during your session. About 90% of our clients have a method they use to release muscle tension during their session. Some people bring in foam rollers, and some move through a stretch sequence or yoga flow. Some athletes use the sauna to warm up before intense physical activity to minimise the risk of injury (typically a shorter session - 30min or less), and most use it post-workout for faster muscle recovery.
3. SOFT, CLEAR, GLOWING SKIN
That sought after healthy glow is one of the main benefits our clients have mentioned. We've loved seeing women come into the studio without makeup and commenting on their confidence not wearing makeup during their day-to-day activities. Seeing our clients celebrate that beauty they already possess and seeing it beam from their skin is an incredible thing to witness.

1. HOOKS FOR ROBES & TOWELS IN THE SHOWER ROOM
We have taken this on-board and are installing bathroom hooks which will be ready by Tuesday 4th/February
2. 5 & 10 PACK OPTIONS FOR 2-PERSON SESSIONS
Our sauna packs originally only covered individual sauna use. We've now created program packs for 2 people. These are available on our bookings page.
